Shelley founded WellnessAMPED to bridge her health and wellness passion with her extensive strategic thinking and deep customer experience knowledge . Steering the company’s holistic approach to improved company culture and workplace wellness, she works to ensure that out of the box thinking is at the forefront in how to achieve success with today’s multi-generational organizations.
A former C-suite executive with over 20 years experience leading large organizations to improved customer loyalty, increased profit and increased global presence, Shelley has traveled extensively to help business reach their full potential. Earning the JD Powers award for Top Executive, Shelley has been seen in national publications for her work in building successful organizational outcomes. A former athlete and fitness junkie, she regularly spends her down time in the gym or enjoying a game of tennis.

A consummate people person, Bryan has spent the majority of his 20 plus year career in Human Resource Training and Development where he has realized his passion for enriching employee skills, competencies, communication and performance.
As the Chief Human Resource Strategist with WellnessAMPED, Bryan is leveraging his significant career achievements to design corporate health, community and wellness programs that exceed their stated objectives. These successful initiatives include the development and implementation of an Executive Team Succession Planning and Management model, the design, development and implementation of a first automated employee development planning tracking system, and serving as key member of a planning team whose charter was developing a company-wide, positive employee lifecycle development plan, from candidate identification, to hiring, to retention and to retirement.
